Todd Philips’ Joker: Folie à Deux gets a new logo before the DC movie’s 2024 release date. The Joker sequel revisits Joaquin Phoenix’s Arthur Fleck and introduces Lady Gaga’s Harley Quinn as the second leading character in Joker: Folie à Deux’s cast. It will likely preserve the first movie’s grounded tone, but will also add a new musical flair to the DC villain’s story and add at least one new DC character to the Joker universe. As a DC Elseworlds movie, Joker: Folie à Deux has the freedom to develop its own story without worrying about any connections to a larger franchise like James Gunn’s DC Universe.
