Watch: LeBron James gives fans inside look at tattoo session with favorite LA-based ink expert..

Four-time NBA champion LeBron James is already sporting some tattoos on his skin but there’s always room for more.

In fact, the LA Lakers star got some new ink ahead of the 2024-25 regular season with one of the most renowned tattoo artists in Los Angeles.

LeBron even gave fans a quick peak of his tattoo artist working on some new ink on his arm. He did so by posting a short clip on the Instagram Stories of his official Instagram account.

@BronGotGame then posted the clip of LeBron’s tattoo session on X.

The tattoo artist that LeBron went to, Ganga, is a favorite for some high-profile clients. In fact, this is not the first tat that the Lakers star got with them as seen on their Instagram account.

Aside from LeBron, celebrities like Post Malone and Jake Paul have gotten some tattoos done with them.

LeBron James got a tattoo during Savannah James’ 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day party

Savannah James celebrated her 38th 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day last August in a party that was attended by some of the James’ family’s close friends. Among the people who attended were Lakers big man Anthony Davis and Rich Paul.

Savannah posted a montage of short clips of the party on her Instagram account and in the clip, LeBron can be seen getting a tattoo on his arm.

What are some of LeBron’s other tattoos?

Some of LeBron James’ tattoos are visible to the fans who watch him play while others aren’t quite as easy to spot.

One of his tattoos that isn’t easily visible is the monicker “Chosen 1.” The nickname that was given to him when he was still playing high school basketball. This particular tat is located on his upper back.

Aside from that tattoo, LeBron also has another one of his well-known nicknames, “King James,” tattooed on his skin.

Aside from tattoos of his different monickers, LeBron also has tats for each of his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. He has one for Bronny James, who is now his teammate on the LA Lakers, one for his son Bryce who is still in high school, and one for his daughter Zhuri.

Aside from having tats for each of his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, LeBron also has one for his mother Gloria located on his right bicep.

He also pays tribute to his roots through his tats through the “330” tattoo on his arm which is the area code of his hometown, Akron, Ohio. He also has “Akron” inked on his right shoulder.

Another one of LeBron’s interesting tats is the one he had made as a tribute to the late Kobe Bryant. He has a tat of the phrase ‘Mamba 4 life’ which is written below an illustration of a black mamba snake coiled around the numbers 24 and 8.
