Chinese girl’s request for Tesla fix goes viral as Elon Musk responds

Elon Musk, the billionaire, recently used X (formerly Twitter) to assist a young Tesla owner from China who was experiencing problems with the screen in her Tesla vehicle

Molly made a video to report “a significant bug” that she noticed while drawing on the screen.

Mollu says in the clip, “Hello Mr Musk. I am Molly from China. I have a question about your car. When I draw a picture, sometimes the lines disappear like this. You see it? So can you fix it? Thank you.”

She brings attention to the issue in the brief video. As she creates new content, her previous annotations and drawings vanish from the screen. “Molly decided to report an important bug to Mr Musk @elonmusk #Tesla $tsla,” reads the caption of the video. The CEO of Tesla acknowledged this and replied, “Certainly.”

After being posted, the content has garnered significant interest on the microblogging site. It has accumulated one million views and received 14,000 likes on the platform. A user expressed, “This is fantastic. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. It’s wonderful to witness Elon’s response.”

Another user remarked, “This is truly heartwarming. Wishing Molly from China all the success in her upcoming exams.”

Elon Musk has announced that he is currently developing the fourth master plan for the electric vehicle company. In a post on X on June 18, the billionaire expressed his active involvement in the creation of Tesla Master Plan Part Four, and confidently stated that “it will be epic.”

These master plans have historically provided a roadmap for the company’s objectives and have played a crucial role in shaping its direction. They outline Tesla’s strategy for the future, with the first plan being released on August 2, 2006, the second in July 2016, and the most recent one unveiled in March of last year. “I am working on the Tesla Master Plan 4. It will be epic,” he wrote on X.
