Beyoncé has lifted the lid on her life under the spotlight as she insists she’s worked ‘extremely hard’ to make sure her three kids have a normal life as possible.
Beyoncé appears to have made a dig at Kim Kardashian in a new straight-talking interview.
The global superstar, 43, rarely speaks about her personal life, however the mum-of-three has lifted the lid on what it means to be one of the world’s most recognisable artists – as well as how she navigates being a mum.
Insisting she’s worked “extremely hard” to make sure her kids, Blue Ivy, 12, Rumi and Sir, both seven, lead a normal a life as possible, Beyoncé, who is married to hip hop icon, Jay Z, said: “One thing I’ve worked extremely hard on is making sure my kids can have as much normalcy and privacy as possible, ensuring my personal life isn’t turned into a brand.”

She continued: “It’s very easy for celebrities to turn our lives into performance art. I have made an extreme effort to stay true to my boundaries and protect myself and my family. No amount of money is worth my peace,” reports GQ magazine.
While not mentioning reality queen, Kim, directly, Beyoncé’s reference to a ‘personal life turning into a brand’ could be construed as a dig at the Kardashian billionaire. With a number of brands under her belt, including shapewear line, SKIMS, Kimmy knows the power of allowing fans access to her inner world and often posts pictures of herself and her four kids on various social media platforms – as well as including them on The Kardashians.
The former couple’s daughter, North West, shares a TikTok account with Kim, which has a staggering 19 million followers. The 11-year-old often accompanies her famous mum and grandmother, Kris Jenner, to a whole host of high-profile fashion shows – as well as posting music videos on social media with Kim – making her one of the world’s most recognisable kids.

Beyoncé’s daughter, Blue Ivy, however, is no wallflower. The 12-year-old performs with the Halo star all over the world, taking centre stage at the sold-out concerts and busting out some very impressive moves, considering she hasn’t even hit her teens.
Fans may be about to see some more of Blue in the UK after it was reported Beyoncé will be playing at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The star is set to announce a series of stadium shows next summer – with ticket demand expected to rival Oasis’ comeback tour.
Beyoncé – who helped boost the nation’s economy by £8 billion last year with her ‘Renaissance Tour’ – is rumoured to be playing around five concerts in London in support of her record-breaking country album Cowboy Carter. A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Beyoncé is about to raise the roof. The demand for tickets will be just like Oasis’ and will rival fans’ rush to get their hands on a seat.”
