Kim Kardashian’s former Beverly Hills starter home is back on the market asking $5.09 million — far less than its $5.5 million ask in 2017.
This is where the reality star-preneur lived with Kris Humphries during their ill-fated marriage in 2011; she famously filed for divorce after a mere 72 days as husband and wife.
Kardashian bought the gated home at 3145 Abington Drive for $3.4 million in 2010, then sold it two years later for $3.6 million, according to property records.

The Tuscan-style villa sits on a cul-de-sac. At 3,800 square feet, it features five bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms.
Although Kardashian sold the home in 2012, each successive buyer has opted to keep some of her furniture and decor — including a salon-style glam room off the main bedroom suite.
From the chef’s kitchen, with its dual-sided fireplace — also accessed by the breakfast room/lounge and home theater — glass French doors lead to the patio, which is perfect for dining al fresco.

There’s also a pool, a waterfall, an outdoor kitchen and bar, a lit gazebo, a firepit and a yard.
The home also boasts a front garden. Custom iron French doors open to a center-hall plan and a two-story entry foyer with ironwork and hardwood floors.

The living and dining rooms both have fireplaces and garden views. A main bedroom suite also comes with a fireplace, a sitting area, a custom walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom, along with two separate dressing rooms.
The current seller is Jocelyn Chua Buen, who bought the home fully furnished.
The listing brokers are Marco Salari and Brent Watson — who left the scandal-plagued Official on Wednesday and are currently with the Beverly Hills Estates. Both Salari and Watson declined to comment.
