Elon Musk becomes Swiftie after Taylor Swift’s new album

Taylor Swift’s mania captures Elon Musk as he gushes over the pop icon’s ‘The Tortured Poets of Department’

Taylor Swift has a massive fanbase known as Swifties and Elon Musk might be the new member of the stan group after the global icon’s album The Tortured Poets Department swept the music scene.

Taking to his platform X, the multi-billionaire made sure not to sound like a fangirl, “I’m not quite the target audience, but nonetheless very impressive indeed!”, he wrote.

His comments come on the Grammy winner’s earlier post that saw her paying tributes to her fans for making the album top hit.

“You’ve outdone yourselves, this is unbelievable,” the 34-year-old penned by sharing a Billboard post that celebrated her album’s groundbreaking success.

The outlet states, that Taylor is “the first artist in history to occupy the entire top 14 spots of the Hot 100 simultaneously” following her eleventh album release.

Nonetheless, Elon has a history of admiring the chart-topper artist’s successes. Last September, the Tesla chief requested the Carolina hitmaker to share part of her re-recorded version of 1989 “music or concert videos directly on the X platform.”

Similarly, he congratulated Taylor on Time’s ‘Person of the Year’ title writing, “Some risk of popularity decline after this award. I speak from experience lol.”
