Show me one marriage without trials, I’ll wait. Just as every other marriage out there, that of David Beckham and his wife Victoria Beckham have passed through trials and they came back stronger than ever.
And on Thursday, July 4, they celebrated their 25 years wedding anniversary while once again proving that love indeed conquers all.The couple met at a football stadium, back when Victoria was in a girl band “Spice Girls,” and David was a midfielder for Manchester United.
Although David claimed that prior to their first meeting, he saw Victoria in a Spice Girls video in 1996, and immediately told his teammate Gary Neville “‘That one there, that’s the girl I’m going to marry.’”Anyway, the couple got married on July 4, 1999, exactly four months after the 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 of their first son Brooklyn Beckham.
