In a video posted to X, formerly Twitter, by New York Post reporter Jon Levine (@LevineJonathan) Barron, 18, remained largely quiet while former president Donald Trump touted his success in the first debate for the 2024 presidential election.

The presumptive Republican candidate, 78, can be heard telling a group of nearby people how he demolished President Joe Biden, 81, during the debate on Thursday.

“How did I do with the debate the other night,” the elder Trump asked the group of people around him while handing out what appears to be a dollar bill.

Everyone in the group responded to the former president with various praise while Trump stated that he “kicked that old broken-down pile of crap” referring to Biden.

“Do you know he’s quitting the race,” Trump continues, referring to the rumors that Biden may drop out as the Democratic nominee due to his dismal performance at the debate.

“He just quit you know. He’s quitting the race. I got him out of the race,” Trump continued. “And now that means we have Kamala.”

The former president then took a shot at the current Vice President saying “I think she is going to be better.”

“She’s so bad,” Trump said of Harris, 59, to a few giggles from the onlookers. ” She’s so pathetic.”

Trump further states that Harris is “so f**king bad.”

The former president then returns to attacking Biden.

“Can you imagine that guy dealing with [Vladimire] Putin,” Trump sneers.

“[or] the President of China? Who’s a fierce person, who’s a fierce man,” Trump continues adding “very tough guy.”

At this point in the video, Trump manages to swing himself back into the cart and gets ready to drive off.

The video ends with Trump reiterating to the gaggle of fans that Biden is indeed dropping out of the race and he plans to “continue to knock him out.”

Despite Trump’s assistance, it is currently unknown if his political rival is in fact, dropping out.

On Wednesday, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre reassured the media that Biden is “clear-eyed and staying in the race.”

Jean-Pierre doubled down on Biden’s remarks, explaining that his poor debate night performance was due to a cold and jet lag from his trips to Europe.

Concerns regarding Biden’s mental health were also brought up when one bold reporter asked if the president has “Alzheimer’s or dementia.”

“No. And I hope you’re asking the other guy the same exact question,” Jean-Pierre clapped back

Reporters also asked Jean-Pierre if it was true that Biden has an “afternoon nap every day.”

“Let me be very clear about this – this is a president that wakes up every morning and puts the American people first,” Jean-Pierre replied with a smirk on her face.

“That’s what he does. He does that every single day. That is his focus. I am not going to speak to sources out there, unnamed sources out there.”
