Billionaire Elon Musk’s aerospace company SpaceX is valued at $210 billion and becomes the most valuable unlisted company in the US

Although SpaceX is not yet listed, a Bloomberg report indicates that the company’s current valuation has reached $210 billion, much more valuable than traditional brands like McDonald’s and Disney. SpaceX became the most valuable US private company in the world, second only to the $268 billion figure of ByteDance, owner of the social networking platform Tiktok.

According to the report, due to strong investor demand, SpaceX’s current insider share purchase price is $112 per share (about VND2.85 million), which also means the company’s valuation is nearly $210 billion (about VND5.34 trillion), while the company was only valued at $180 billion (about VND4.58 trillion) in a deal last December.

Dow Jones’ “Barron’s” points out that SpaceX has become the world’s most valuable aerospace company and is also the aerospace company with the most launches in the world.

Meanwhile, the second-ranked aerospace company General Electric Aerospace is worth about 186 billion USD (about 4.73 million billion VND); Ranked third, fourth and fifth are Raytheon Technologies (RTX), Boeing and Lockheed Martin, respectively.

If SpaceX IPOs at that valuation, it would become the 35th largest company in the S&P 500 (a stock index based on the common stocks of the 500 largest companies by market capitalization listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ)
