Still, it was lovely to see Messi’s old Barcelona teammate Suarez show up in Barcelona on Sunday. Not every farewell has to be a tearful one.

Before Messi departs for wherever he is heading next, which is probably Paris, Suarez traveled to Barcelona to bid his close pal farewell.
During their stay at Camp Nou, Messi and Suarez developed a strong bond, as did their families.
As the two families exchanged a photo and, probably, a few toasts to all the happy memories in Catalonia, there were smiles all around.
