John Terry showered Raheem Sterling with praise after the Chelsea star’s display against Manchester City in yesterday’s game.
Chelsea and Man City played out a dramatic 4-4 draw on Sunday afternoon in the Premier League.
It was a super contest between the two teams, with the Blues proving yet again that they can mix it with the best in a one-off match.
Cole Palmer’s stoppage time penalty earned a point for Mauricio Pochettino’s side, which was certainly well deserved on the overall balance of play.
We witnessed plenty of Chelsea players prove their quality over the weekend at Stamford Bridge.

Raheem Sterling, who scored his fourth league goal of the season, was on fire against Man City.
The 28-year-old attacker uploaded a post on Instagram reacting to the final game before the international break.
“Proud of the team tonight. We are coming,” Sterling posted on social media.
John Terry responded in the comment section: “What a performance mate.”
Our guess is England manager Gareth Southgate will be feeling quite sheepish after watching Sterling’s individual contribution against Man City. It was the kind of top-quality display that makes his England omission during this international break even more baffling.
Speaking via Sky Sports’ Main Event channel (5:30pm, 12 November), Daniel Sturridge said that Sterling was “fantastic” versus Man City.
The left-winger troubled Kyle Walker a lot more than we’ve seen anyone else for a long time.
Sterling reminded everyone of why he should really be in the England squad. He vindicated Pochettino’s decision to keep starting him in games this season, too.
The Chelsea forward line is looking very potent right now with Sterling and Palmer operating from the wide positions. Meanwhile, Nicolas Jackson leads the line ahead of Conor Gallagher in the No 10 spot.
Chelsea have scored 16 goals in their previous six matches across all competitions, so there’s no doubt that things are finally starting to click in the final third.
