Five Man Utd stars moaned at the referee as Newcastle took a quick free-kick

After referee Robert Jones whistled for a foul, five Man United stars were seen complaining to him.

However, Newcastle did not wait around and swiftly played the ball.

Some superb wing play from Miguel Almiron set Joe Willock in behind the Red Devils defence.

His cross was headed away by Harry Maguire before ex-Chelsea star Hall volleyed the loose ball towards the bottom right corner to leave Andre Onana with no chance.

Neville said: “They’re just sleeping, they’re complaining to the referee whinging.

“And while they’re whinging, Newcastle are winning.”

Maguire, Mason Mount, Casemiro, Anthony Martial and Hannibal Mejbri appeared to be the five stars Neville was referring to with his complaints.

Erik ten Hag made seven changes to his starting XI following the 3-0 defeat to Manchester City on Sunday.

Fans were pleased to see struggling first team stars Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford dropped to the bench ahead of the clash.

Neville left fans convinced he “hated” Man United after questioning how Hannibal had stayed on the pitch following a poor tackle on Emil Krafth.
