Drake leans against a red Ferrari Enzo while using his phone in a January 17 social media post. The rapper has been driving Mercedes-Benz cars for months, but he used the limited-edition Ferrari for his latest music video, ‘Jumbotron S**t Poppin.’
Drake only shows a small part of the supercar on Instagram. The music video showcases it with the butterfly doors open and Drake leaning against or rapping in front of it. The limited-edition exotic supercar appears as a prop for most of the video, but Drake or someone else takes it out of the driveway for a short time.
The Ferrari Enzo, introduced in 2002, was limited to 399 units and cost $659,000 (or $900,000 today). Even if you had the money, you couldn’t walk into a dealership to buy it without a Maranello invitation. Some used cars now cost $4 M.
The majority of units were Rosso Corsa (red), like Drake’s latest video. Few were Giallo Modena (yellow) and even fewer were black or gray. One white Ferrari Enzo was made in Maranello, Italy.
The Ferrari Enzo has a six-speed F1 automated manual transmission and a rear mid-mounted 6.0-liter V12 engine. The engine delivers 651 hp (660 ps) at 7,800 rpm and 485 lb-ft (657 Nm) of torque at 5,500 rpm to the rear wheels.
According to these numbers, the exotic supercar can reach 60 mph (97 kph) in 3.14 seconds and 62 mph (100 kph) in 3.65 seconds. Odometer needle reaches 217 mph (350 kph).
Drake owns a limited-edition Ferrari, the LaFerrari, but not the Enzo in the video. The exterior of his supercar is Giallo Modena yellow. The 2018 Aubrey & the Three Migos Tour featured an inflatable LaFerrari replica that looked like the real thing to show fans how special Drake’s garage is. Our gallery shows its tour appearance. However, his Bugatti Veyron Sang Noir did not.
However, he flaunts another expensive car in a music video. Drake is inspired by cars, as he featured the Virgil Abloh Project Maybach luxury off-roader in a video a few months ago.
