A special collection with a combination of football and basketball appeared, revolving around the two most popular names, LeBron James and Kylian Mbappé.
Two of the biggest names in sports have come together to create a special and extremely limited shoe collection.
Those two names are Paris Saint-Germain’s superstar striker Kylian Mbappé and LeBron James who won the last NBA season with the Los Angeles Lakers.
While James has his own line of shoes, the Nike LeBron, the Kylian Mbappé has very unique color schemes with the Nike Mercurial soccer cleat.
As part of The Swoosh family, the two superstars have combined to produce two models of shoes called “The Chosen 2”, a pair of Nike LeBron 18 and a pair of Nike Mercurial Superfly 7 Elite.

Inspired by the two colors purple and blue, representing the two teams that LeBron and Kylian are playing for (LA Lakers and Paris Saint-Germain), the design team used extremely beautiful iridescent blue – purple colors in nearly every possible position.
This color appears on the upper, soleplate of the LeBron 18 pair to the spikes of the Mercurial Superfly 7 Elite.
Inside the shoe lining is an image of a football field combined with a basketball court. The rest is the impressive stylized text when looking in one direction is “Kylian”, turned upside down to see “LeBron”.
On the heel and tongue of both shoes are the appearance of 2 logos: One side is the crown of LeBron James, the other side is “KM” – short for Kylian Mbappé.
Another highlight that appears in both shoe models is the image of two symmetrical Nike logos, symbolizing the combination of two superstars from two different sports.
For many years, LeBron James (36 years old) and Kylian Mbappé have always maintained an extremely special relationship, despite the rather large age difference when the young French player is only 22 years old this year.
Whenever given the opportunity, LeBron and Mbappé always have brand promotion activities together. In addition, the two also enjoy doing charity activities.
According to information from some retail sites, the “The Chosen 2” collection will officially hit shelves from January 7 with limited quantities globally.
While the Nike LeBron 18 has a suggested retail price of US$180, the Mercurial Superfly 7 Elite pair will cost $300.
