Wildfires continue to spread across Los Angeles, California, USA. They are approaching Beverly Hills and Hidden Hills, where many famous and super-rich people such as singer Taylor Swift and TV star Kim Kardashian live.

The Palisades Fire, now only 14 percent contained, has burned more than 20,000 acres (8,000 hectares). At least 24 people have died and thousands of structures have been destroyed in multiple wildfires across California. More than 105,000 people remain under evacuation orders.

Although Beverly Hills is not currently in the fire zone, city Fire Chief Greg Barton said the fire department is in “constant communication” with partners at surrounding fires and monitoring weather conditions in the area

Celebrities living in Beverly Hills include Taylor Swift, Jack Nicholson and John Legend. Reality TV stars The Hills Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag confirmed their home had been destroyed on social media.

TV star Bozoma Saint John also shared that she lost her home in an Instagram post. “This is an unimaginable loss. I grieve with the rest of Los Angeles as this place burns down…”, Saint John wrote.

The fires are also severely affecting the wealthy neighborhoods of Hidden Hills and Calabasas, home to celebrities and celebrities such as Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian. These areas are west of Los Angeles, near other wealthy neighborhoods such as Beverly Hills, Palisades and Malibu.

This is a slightly quieter, very private area on the edge of Los Angeles, a little further away from the city center. It’s great for celebrities who want a lot of space, privacy, and of course, they’re very rich.

TV star Kim Kardashian still lives in the mansion she shared with her ex-boyfriend, rapper Kanye West. She bought the house in 2021 for $23 million. It is located in Hidden Hills.

Most of the Calabasas area is also currently under an evacuation warning because of the Pacific Palisades fire — meaning residents there, including many celebrities and the wealthy, could be asked to leave at any time.

The Los Angeles wildfires are expected to be highly unpredictable and could continue to spread and intensify. Strong winds are forecast through Wednesday, which could push the fires south and west of the area.
