Sean “Diddy” Combs is struggling in federal jail — but not for reasons you might think.
The embattled mogul has been locked up at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center since Sept. 17 after the judge denied his bail request, and he’ll be sitting in his cell into the new year.
The fallen Bad Boy Records founder’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, disclosed the most challenging part of his client’s jail stint on Thursday outside the Manhattan courthouse after the judge set Combs’ 𝓈ℯ𝓍-trafficking trial for May 5, 2025, and ordered him to remain behind bars.

“I think the food’s probably the roughest part of it,” Agnifilo confessed, per People.
The Post exclusively revealed Combs’ first meal in the penitentiary: his choice of Swedish meatballs or a black bean burger, per MDC Brooklyn’s food menu. He also had the option of egg noodles, green beans and a garden salad with dressing as side dishes.
The “I’ll be Missing You” rapper’s mornings in federal lockup start at 6:00 a.m. ET sharp with a breakfast consisting of cereal, fruit, toast and a breakfast cake. Lunch is served at 11:00 a.m. ET while dinner is dished out after the 4 p.m. ET headcount, according to MDC Brooklyn’s website.
Agnifilo is the same lawyer who blamed the 1,000 bottles of 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 oil and lube found at Combs’ homes during the FBI raid on Costco, claiming his client “buys in bulk.” The retail giant quickly denied his allegations, revealing that none of the company’s US locations carry 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 oil.

Agnifilo also questioned the number of 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 oil bottles found at Combs’ mansions.
“I don’t think it was 1,000,” he told The Post last month. “I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.”

Combs was arrested and charged with three counts of racketeering conspiracy, 𝓈ℯ𝓍 trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution on Sept. 16. Prosecutors allege he flew 𝓈ℯ𝓍 workers across state lines and forced women to participate in “freak offs” with male prostitutes and sometimes recorded the interactions for blackmail.
They claim the 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 oil and lube were used for the alleged “freak offs,” first made public in Cassie Ventura’s November 2023 explosive lawsuit, in which she accused him of 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual and physical assault during their 10-year relationship.

Combs denied her claims, settling the suit in record time but admitting no wrongdoing. It wasn’t until hotel footage from a 2016 fight leaked, showing him brutally beating Cassie, that he issued a public apology.
Combs accused the feds of leaking the Cassie fight video earlier this week.
After the alleged “freak offs,” prosecutors claim Combs would hold the recorded “freak off” footage as “collateral” for blackmail and use guns “to intimidate and threaten” those in the videos.
The music man has denied the charges against him and pled not guilty to all counts.
