Billionaire Elon Musk recently took his son X to watch the Formula 1 race held in Austin, Texas, USA. Elon Musk and X’s mother – singer Grimes – are in a lawsuit over custody of the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥.

Billionaire Elon Musk (52 years old) took his son X (3 years old) to watch the Formula 1 race last Sunday. The image of little X happy and excited when being with his father attracted quite a lot of attention. This is the first time Musk has appeared publicly with his son X, after both Musk and X’s mother – singer Grimes (35 years old) – filed a lawsuit to gain direct custody of the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥.

Both Musk and Grimes are seeking custody of 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 X and her two siblings. Grimes gave 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 to 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 X in 2021. She later had two more 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with billionaire Elon Musk. Baby girl Exa Dark Sideræl was 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 via surrogate in December 2021.

The couple also quietly had another 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 together named Techno Mechanicus. Currently, there is very little information about 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 Techno Mechanicus. Baby Techno’s gender, time and method of 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 have not been made public.

Because Elon Musk and Grimes are not married, in September of this year, Elon Musk filed a petition in a Texas court to be recognized as the legal parent and have the right to directly raise the three 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren that Musk had with Grimes.

Immediately, Grimes also made a similar move, she filed a lawsuit in the California court to gain direct custody of her 3 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. Grimes also asked the court to issue a restraining order against all parties involved, so that her 3 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren cannot be taken out of the state of California – where she lives and works.

Musk and Grimes have shared custody of their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren since they split in 2022. Prior to that, the two had been on and off for four years.

Elon Musk is currently the father of 10 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with 3 women. In fact, this number may not be accurate, because Elon Musk is often in no hurry to publicize the 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 of his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.

According to Grimes, Elon Musk sees 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 X as the most potential heir among his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. Therefore, he is directly raising 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 X and constantly letting 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 X accompany him to many events, so that X can soon have experiences that Musk considers useful.

Because Musk and Grimes live in two different states and both have busy work schedules, arranging time for both of them to spend with their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren has become a major source of disagreement between Musk and Grimes, to the point that the two decided to take the matter to court.

We need to continue to learn more about the nature of the universe. The strongest consciousness exists in humans, so we need more humans!”

However, Elon Musk also admitted that as a father, he was unable to win the affection of all his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.

Recently, Elon Musk has been taking X along on business trips. Musk has even let X appear in some important work meetings. When asked about X’s mother, Musk said: “X’s mother and I broke up, I am the one taking care of my son.” Elon Musk is currently the richest billionaire in the world with an estimated fortune of more than 250 billion USD.

Elon Musk’s biological father – Mr. Errol Musk (77 years old) – is living in South Africa. Witnessing his son entering into a lawsuit to fight for custody, Mr. Errol Musk spoke up to share his opinion: “Women are essential to a family. Women are the center of the family. The mother is the sun, the remaining members of the family are the planets.”

Recently, Elon Musk has been constantly taking X along on business trips. Musk has even let X appear in some important meetings

Mr Errol said that if the father is away for a few weeks, family life may not be much different, but the mother is always essential to the family. A father living with his son does not feel like a real family, it is just men living together. But a mother living with her son, that is still a family.

“X and his siblings will not be able to grow up well without the participation of their biological mother. Elon is trying very hard with his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. Elon has his reasons, but if Elon does not let X be close to his mother, that is not a good decision,” Mr. Errol added.
