Jay-Z & Beyonce spend $200M on Malibu mansion- It is the most expensive house ever in CA!

Beyonce, aged 41, is no stranger to living a lavish lifestyle! While she’s busy touring worldwide for her Renaissance tour, the renowned “Single Ladies” artist and her husband, Jay-Z, aged 53, reportedly acquired a magnificent mansion in Malibu for an astounding $200 million, as per TMZ’s report on May 19. This luxurious property spans 30,000 square feet and sits on an eight-acre bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The impressive home was designed by the esteemed Japanese architect, Tadao Ando, who is also working on a house for rapper Kanye West, aged 45. Notably, this mansion stands as the most expensive home ever sold in the Golden State and the second most expensive in the entire United States, according to the entertainment outlet. Surprisingly, Beyonce and Jay-Z secured a fantastic deal since the Malibu property was initially listed at a staggering $295 million.

The mansion’s creation was a labor of love by the art collector, William Bell, who spent nearly 15 years constructing this all-concrete marvel. Besides featuring what seems to be multiple pools, the property also boasts a massive driveway to accommodate numerous cars.

This isn’t the first multimillion-dollar home purchased by the billiоnaire couple in California. Back in 2017, they bought a Bel-Air mansion for $88 million, which they later increased in value by investing further, making it worth over $100 million, as reported by TMZ. While the price tag might seem steep to most, it’s merely another asset for Jay-Z and Beyonce, who have amassed a fortune exceeding $2 billiоn. The “Empire State of Mind” rapper, according to his official Forbes profile, holds an impressive net worth of $2.5 billiоn.

While in the midst of acquiring this lavish beach-front home, Beyonce is currently in the United Kingdom for her Renaissance world tour. On May 17, she kicked off the UK leg of the tour in Cardiff and shared a performance video on Instagram the following day. Her 309 million followers flooded the comments with admiration for her stunning tour outfits. One admirer marveled, “I see why them tickets be so much, she put in work,” while another playfully called her “Baddie Bey.” Undoubtedly, Queen Bey’s ensembles drew numerous compliments from her adoring fans.
