ALL IN THE FAMILY 1971 Cast: THEN and NOW 2023 Thanks For The Memories

Rob Reiner, who portrayed the progressive and often arrogant Michael “Meathead” Stivic, was just 24 years old during the show’s original run. Now at 75, Reiner continues to be an influential figure in the entertainment industry. His character often challenged the traditional views of his father-in-law, Archie Bunker, played by the late Carroll O’Connor. O’Connor, who brought the blue-collar, World War II veteran to life, was 47 when he first appeared on screen and passed away in 2001 at the age of 76.
