In October of last year, Ferrari celebrated its historic victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans by revealing the 499P Modificata. Because it is exempt from the balance of performance regulations, the automobile is much more powerful than the Le Mans endurance racer. It is nearly similar to that vehicle. Through its new Sport Prototipo Clienti program, prices start at an eye-watering €5.1 million and include two years of on-track assistance at events organized by Ferrari.

Gloss black paint is used on the exterior of this 499P Modificata, with lots of gold accents added to the side sills, rear wing, and cabin. Additionally, it bears graphics of the number “44” on the hood and both sides. Lewis Hamilton’s race number is 44, which has led some to speculate that he might be the owner of this specific vehicle. That or a Ferrari enthusiast believed they would honor his F1 signature with a commemorative vehicle.

Over the years, Hamilton has owned a number of exotic cars, including the unique Pagani Zonda 760LH. Although we don’t know of any vehicles he has personally owned with the same color scheme, Mercedes-Benz did release a limited-edition SL 63 AMG in matte black and gold in 2014 to commemorate Hamilton’s victory in the Formula One Championship.

Furthermore, Brad Pitt’s race vehicle in his upcoming Formula One film, which is produced by the seven-time Formula One champion, is painted in the same colors as Hamilton’s character in the 2011 film Cars 2. Hamilton’s character was also finished in black and gold.
