Forbes magazine released the list of the highest paid athletes of the year, where once again ‘The King’, LeBron James, makes it into the Top 5, behind only Cristiano Ronaldo, golfer John Rahm and Inter Miami’s Lionel Messi.

However, within the top 10 highest paid, the Lakers star can boast that he is the king in terms of the money he received from sponsors within the last year.

LeBron James is in fourth place with $128.2 million made in the past year, of which $80 million is from the brands that sponsor him.

How much money does LeBron James make from Nike?

One of the most lucrative contracts LeBron James has is the one he signed with Nike, a company that pays him more than $30 million dollars a year, and with whom he has had a relationship since 2003.

Other brands that sponsor the Lakers star include AT&T, Beats, Crypto.com, GMC, Pepsi & Co, Intel, Kia, among many others.

In addition, he has shone in his dealings as an entrepreneur, becoming one of the main investors of Spring Hill, a marketing agency that is worth around $300 million dollars, in addition to having the platform ‘Uninterrupted’, something that allowed him to become executive producer.
