DJ Khaled was finally able to sell his ritzy property in Miami.

The 44-year-old DJ and record producer offloaded his sprawling Florida mansion for just under $6 million, according to the New York Post.

The property spent over a year on the market prior to its sale and Khaled, 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 Khaled Mohamed Khaled, originally hoped to sell the property for somewhere in the vicinity to $8 million.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom Mediterranean-influenced estate comes with grandiose 14 karat gold chandeliers outfitted with Swarovski crystals, a gourmet state-of-the-art kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows and a veranda with unparalleled waterfront views.

The home was listed and sold by Janet Ben Zvi of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, People reports.

DJ Khaled, a father of two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, first listed the property back in December 2018, asking for $7.99 million.

The New Orleans, Louisiana-𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 artist and music mogul originally bought the waterfront home, which is on a private island, for $3.84 million in 2015.

In the interim, he had spent over $2.5 million remodeling the home over the years, but nonetheless had to settle for a sale that represents a $2 million deficit compared to his asking price.

The four-story estate features a custom room where Khaled stored his famously extensive sneaker collection, and also contains the Jacuzzi where he held his Hot Tub pep talks on Snapchat.

The property also boasts a tropical-inspired pool and spa overlooking Miami Bay.

The Grammy winner recently took to social media to say that after taking a break from the gym, he’s ‘back it’ and getting in multiple workouts a day.

A former Weight Watchers spokesman, the DJ explained on his Instagram Story last week that he’s getting in workouts twice a day in the morning and, again, before bed.

Also this week, it was reported that the musician will be teaming up with Direct Relief and Simplehuman to donate necessary supplies to healthcare workers and organizations helping to fight the coronavirus.

Khaled’s partnership with Direct Relief will supply healthcare workers in Miami and New York.
